Iris Pipes and Tubes, located in Cairo, Egypt, stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of Inconel Seamless Pipes. These pipes are celebrated for their remarkable strength, resistance to corrosion, and reliability even in the harshest environments. Crafted with precision using cutting-edge extrusion and cold-drawing methods, they boast superior dimensional accuracy, smooth internal surfaces, and impressive structural integrity. Iris Pipes and Tubes guarantees that every Inconel Seamless Pipe adheres to international standards, making them perfect for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive industrial applications. Customers trust their products for their long service life, durability, and consistent performance in challenging conditions.
Inconel Seamless Pipes are primarily made from nickel and chromium, with added elements like molybdenum, niobium, and iron that boost their resistance to oxidation, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. This unique alloy composition delivers exceptional strength and stability at elevated temperatures, along with excellent weldability and formability. On a mechanical level, these pipes provide high tensile and yield strength, outstanding creep resistance, and remarkable toughness. Their seamless design ensures uniform strength throughout, significantly reducing the risk of leaks or failures under high pressure or thermal cycling.
